This project began on January 1, 2024, out of a deep love for dogs, and reached its final chapter with the publication of a 510-page photo book in December 2025 — the result of nearly two years of work and featuring more than 200 dogs.
Along the way, we gathered stories, photographs, and paw prints to support the idea of Adopt, Don’t Shop and to show that welcoming a shelter or street dog into your home — whether a puppy, an adult, or a senior — is not something to fear, but something truly inspiring.
The book is a tribute to all dogs, simply for being who they are.
Due to the high production costs, the book was printed in a limited edition. The printing cost of each copy alone was just over €60. With VAT, income tax, fees, and the legal requirement to provide 3 copies for legal deposit, the final cost came to around €70 per book. This is simply the honest reality behind the price.
That is why there are two options:
The book price with only a minimal €5 margin.
A signed book with a custom postcard for those who would like to offer extra support to the author.

I’ve met so many amazing people — people who genuinely love dogs and animals. This book is full of love, and together we added a little more of that love to the world through your stories.
We are Hannah & Dima — a family of independent filmmakers based in Barcelona. Long before this project, we named our collaboration “Dos Gatos”, which translates from Spanish as “two cats” because that’s how we call each other.
Woof Book is not our main project. It’s just a way to turn our love for dogs into art.
Our main independent project is the Magic Forest Association. In March 2026, we will launch a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for the creation of an interactive forest and art hub in Spain.
We have been working toward this idea for a long time, carefully considering every detail, and we can confidently say that this is the project of our lifetime.
Our vision is to bring art and nature together in a forest that will be planted and nurtured from scratch.

In our free time, we are also independently developing a graphic novel and a sci-fi mini-series titled The Cult. At the moment, we are writing the script and illustrating the graphic novel. It tells the story of a neuroscientist who has unraveled the mystery of consciousness. Through this work, we hope to make contemporary science and Eastern philosophy more accessible to a wider audience.
